As CTS is a US company those vehicles are made in the US also. AFAIK Scion models are all made in Japan and have the unaffected Denso pedal assembly. Toyota uses different parts on different cars. Some models share parts and others do not. I assume our Scion's are unique enough to not have the same parts that the other Toyotas have.
