It is highly unlikely that any Toyota dealers will be open 24 hours. On Factory recalls, the factory specifies a set amount for the repairs, and they do not pay overtime wages. If your Toyota dealer has never been open 24 hours, you will not find them open now. They do not have suffient funds to pay overtime for these repairs and therefore will not.
