These numbers are staggering and it shows why so many people in Ca are homeless. Sure I can get a better home but why when what I have is working so well? I can buy a very nice home for 0K it books over 0K but who am I trying to impress and I have to ask who are these people trying to impress with their total disrespect for money? Driving a vehicle that gets average 16 mpg is no laughing matter you are gushing out money at every turn. Understood some have no choice but if you can get a more efficient car do so. This is the 2nd gen prius the 2011 gets even better mileage if you pay the extra you can upgrade to a PEHV I think they cost less than 30K but when you do the math I now can see why people pay for them if you can avid gas stations for a month it just might be worth the cost. We did one even better by paying off our car 2 years early. Now sure if you figure finance charges the car cost more than .3K but I really didn’t get those expenses I just recall the price we paid and the rebate we got. I have figured out charges back when fuel was less but with todays fuel prices it just knumbs your mind the amount of money people are leaving at the pump. If you had a tool box to deliver you could trailer the box then install a hitch on the prius deliver your tools leave the trailer this will allow you to return to the great economy. Get this …
